Welcome to FORM {yoga}, a dedicated space serving the Atlanta and Decatur communities with accessible and inclusive yoga instruction.

Our philosophy is rooted in the conviction that every individual has a yoga body. We embrace the potential for playfulness and community, recognizing the profound benefits of mindful breathing and shared experience. We affirm that yoga is not confined to touching your toes, and that laughter enhances both the spirit and core strength. A well-grounded Savasana can transform ordinary days into memorable ones, while both sweat and stillness hold their own significance in the practice.

Ensuring safety remains a top priority. Our studio is equipped with Atlanta and Decatur’s only advanced fresh air flow system, continuously introducing fresh air before, during, and after classes. We offer a variety of class options, including fully masked sessions, as well as mask-optional classes for vaccinated participants.
